  1. To see and speak to an online doctor, you can book online or call 13 Doctor 
  1. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS confirming the doctor has your booking and an estimated appointment time 
  1. The doctor will send you an SMS message with a URL link for you to click to start your secure video consult 
  1. If a medical certificate or script medication is needed, your doctor will send you an email
